Grant Harpold joined HAR.com to discuss the National Association of Realtors Settlement and how it will affect Houston Realtors.
“When you look at the settlement…it’s a broad sweep for major players in the industry. Overall, there will be some practical changes that the members will have to get used to,” Grant shared. “The offer of compensation still exists. The exception is only that you cannot put that offer in the MLS.”
