$10 million Arbitration Award for Sand Frac Company Shareholders

Buck Keenan Partners  Mano DeAyala  and  Robert Paddock  obtained a $9,891,301.46 judgment for the firm’s client, Sand Revolution, LLC, the founder and majority owner of Sand Revolution Holdings, LLC, a sand frac logistics company with operations in the Permian Basin.  Our client developed a unique technology for last mile sand frac logistics and loading. As the business grew, our client brought in new investors as minority owners who, two years later, were the sole owners of the company’s sole assets – two operating subsidiaries.  Arbitration revealed that the new investors committed fraud and violated fiduciary duties owed to BK’s client by pursuit of a scheme to acquire the secured debt of the company and foreclose on its assets.   Other law firms declined to handle the case on a success fee basis citing it was too complicated and uncertain.  Our team successfully pursued the case on a success fee basis. Trust Mano DeAyala, Robert Paddock and the team at Buck Keenan to fight for your interests and deliver justice in complex legal matters.
