The claim involved extensive property damage after a severe tornado tore through a sprawling apartment complex containing over 40 buildings and more than 700 units.
Due to the size of the property, the extent of the damage, and involvement of 18 different insurers, the lawsuit was considerably complex and required careful navigation of intricate coverage issues across multiple policies.
