Samuel Landingham

Law Clerk

Samuel Landingham is a law clerk at Buck Keenan LLP, where he brings his skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy to the firm’s diverse civil litigation practice. Samuel has experience working on cases across various industries, including commercial litigation, fiduciary disputes, and corporate governance. 

Before joining Buck Keenan, Samuel clerked for notable law firms in Houston, gaining valuable hands-on experience in both state and federal courts. Samuel earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was active in the advocacy program and served as Treasurer for the Texas Exes Chapter. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in history from The University of Texas at Austin, where he was involved in the History Honors Program, participated in mock trial, and served in various leadership roles for his fraternity. 

Samuel’s dedication to legal excellence has been recognized through his participation in various competitions, including being a semi-finalist at the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, and even becoming a National Champion at the Leroy Hassell Constitutional Moot Court Competition. He continues to expand his knowledge in litigation as part of the Buck Keenan team.
