Nolan Wleczyk is an Associate at Buck Keenan LLP focused on commercial and civil litigation. Nolan has managed all aspects of case development as attorney of record. His practice includes matters involving premises liability, oil and gas incidents, construction defects, general insurance defense, Jones Act claims, admiralty law, and business litigation disputes. He has diverse courtroom experience, representing companies and individuals.
Nolan has a strong foundation in contract law, oil and gas law, domestic petroleum transactions, and land-title issues. He diligently works with clients regarding case strategies and resolutions.
Nolan earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review and served as an Articles Editor. He also holds his bachelor’s degree in finance from Angelo State University, where he was a member of the university’s football team.
