Lesley E. Little represents businesses and individuals in litigation involving first-party insurance and coverage, contractual disputes, claims of defective construction, fraud, fraudulent transfers, non-complete, and trade secrets. He has over 30 years of experience handling trials, arbitrations, mediations, and evidentiary hearings.

Les’ first-party insurance practice includes the representation of policyholders with multi-million dollar property damage claims arising from hurricanes, tornadoes, hail and windstorms, and fires. He also handles duty to defend and duty to indemnify issues against liability insurers through declaratory judgment lawsuits.

Les tries cases to jury verdict in State and Federal Courts, and he has served as the lead attorney in cases involving multi-million dollar settlements or verdicts.
